The\n object of pharmacokinetics is the study of the relationship between a \ndosage regimen and the plasma drug concentration-time profile. The \nmechanisms that determine this plasma-concentration profile ( \nabsorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion) are characterized by\n pharmacokinetic parameters. Diseases, drug interactions, physiological \nor genetic variations may influence these parameters in a given \nindividual.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
